Current availability
Paid checkout is not live yet. The current release offers free editable English lyrics and site sample videos; it does not collect payments or offer custom music or video generation. The policy below applies when paid products become available. Until then, contact support@rapstorylab.com with any questions.
Technical failures
A confirmed processing failure releases the generation that was reserved for that task. If the provider’s result is unknown, the original request is checked before a decision is made. A timeout on your screen does not, by itself, mean the task failed.
A different creative direction
You can edit lyrics before creating music. If a completed result is technically valid but you want a different style or creative direction, another attempt uses another available generation. A music pack includes two user-initiated generations.
Requesting a review
When paid products and order support become available, sign in, open Your orders, and choose Need help? on the affected paid order. You may also email support@rapstorylab.com. Explain what happened and identify the order or project if relevant. A request is reviewed against the order, usage, and delivery records.
Submitting a request does not mean a cash refund has been approved or issued. Affected unused generations may be held while the request is reviewed. Partial refunds and payment disputes receive individual review.
Cash refunds
Approved cash refunds are processed through the original payment provider. The final amount and timing depend on the decision and the payment provider. The order record updates after the refund has been confirmed. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
Deleting a project
Deleting a project does not automatically refund the purchase. Work already submitted for processing may still require settlement or review. Keep any information needed for a purchase question before deleting your files.
